Fantastic methodology of instruction with each block building upon the previous block, and reviews of previous blocks before presenting new material. Application of the learned techniques under pressure at the end of each day proved the real world use of the instruction.

Live drilling with full resistance was excellent. It provides proof that the techniques work. I also like that there are multiple techniques, but not too many techniques to overcomplicate the class.
